Victim's Compensation Fund
$4.117 million settlement from the victim's compensation fund for the estate of a man who left a wife and two children. We provided free legal representation to a widow and her family who were victims of the September 11th tragedy. We also represented a woman seriously injured while fleeing the World Trade Center.

Slip and Fall
$325,000 settlement for estate of an 83-year-old woman knocked over by an employee of a supermarket where she was shopping. Her injuries consisted of a fractured hip and fractured shoulder.

Fall Down Case
$600,000 settlement for man who fell from a broken chair while visiting a large business in Atlantic City. He alleged a head injury with significant memory loss and inability to work.

Motorcycle Accident

$1.6 million jury verdict for a man injured in a train derailment.

Car Accident
$450,000 settlement for 78-year-old man who suffered a head injury in a serious automobile accident.  Head injury required surgery and plaintiff made a good recovery.
